Catalog designs as well as special programs are created by expert designers. With the use of computer technology, our engineers draft structural blueprints and working drawings for use by the welding department.

Skilled craftsmen precisely shape and weld the designs using only the finest quality steel.

All of our metal frames ate dipped into a heated phosphate solution removing all grease, dirt and impurities.

Finished frames are electrostatically painted with primer and enamel. The electrostatic painting process gives a thorough and even coverage to protect your investment longer than conventional methods.

After the paint is applied to the frames, drying time allows preparations for garland and lights.

Our electrical socket department uses 100% UL approved components. Sockets are attached to the wire and can be spaced according to design application or customer specifications.

Sockets are secured directly to the frame, not just the wire (as our competitors do). This assures the display will be distinctive and easily recognizable.

Carpenter Decorating manufactures their own garland.

Rolls of PVC plastic are cut to the appropriate length, then spun for the maximum visual reflectance. Ornamentation and garland options on the displays are customized at the request of our customers.

Prior to shipping, each decoration is tested to double check operation. Careful packaging and over 70 years of experience assure the customer quality and durability when your displays arrive.
